Speak to us and give us an idea of what you want to achieve. If you have outline budgets it’s a good time to discuss it. We will visit your site to take measurements and to look at the project as a whole. We prepare plans, elevations and 3D visuals. There is no fee for this service but the plans remain our property until a commitment has been made against the order.

Design presentation
We present our initial proposals for the kitchen, explain the thinking behind our design and give a good early indication of pricing. At this stage we incorporate changes you wish to make and help you to make final decisions on finishes. It is important at this stage that you are happy with every detail.

Placing the order
The designs are complete. Dates for delivery are set around your schedule. The order is sent to the factory. Immediately the confirmation is sent back, each detail is rechecked in our office and at your site.
At which point we produce service drawings for building contractors.
The order is delivered to us during the week preceding your installation date, we maintain contact with you and the builders to insure that you are still on track for a smooth installation.
Installation
Fitting, typically, starts within one or two days of delivery. The main part of the installation is achieved quite quickly (around four days). Specialist artisans then make templates to fabricate the worktops which usually arrive and are fitted within ten working days.
We visit immediately to ensure that there are no problems, the kitchen is perfect and you are happy.
